If you have any cause for comment or complaint whilst you’re visiting us, please speak to your therapist or the salon manager there and then so that we can resolve matters as quickly as possible.

We hope that you’re pleased with any purchase you’ve made or service you’ve received from The Beauty Lab North East Limited. However, if there’s something you’re not happy with, ensure you get in touch so that we can try to put matters right.

If you’re still not happy with our response, contact us using one of these options. If you call us during working hours, we’ll try to sort out your complaint while you’re on the phone. If this isn’t possible, we will try and agree a course of action with you.
